I paid all the invoices that were due on my account, why am I still suspended?

Your account will remain suspended until you contact Flux Sites Hosting by phone, or email support@fluxsites.com with your information along with your proof of payment. I need a copy of my payment invoices. How do I get them?

Simply email support@fluxsites.com and we will send you an invoice or statement.

I lost or forgot my login password to HostGator billing. How do I get it?

Please email support@fluxsites.com requesting your welcome email again, and we will re-send the settings to your primary email address you used during registration.

How to change payment methods?

To change the payment method for your account, please email support@fluxsites.com and tell us what changes you want. However, if you want to stop hosting with us, and stop paying all together, then you must cancel your account using our online form.

How Do I Change My Billing Cycle?

To change the frequency of payments for your account, please email support@fluxsites.com and tell us how often you want to pay, or how much you want to pay in advance. We are glad to bill any number of months ahead of time, in increments of 3 months.
